- Abide by the general laser cutting machine safety operating procedures. Start the laser strictly according to the laser startup procedure.
- The operator must be trained to be familiar with the structure and function of the equipment, and to grasp the relevant knowledge of the operating system.
- Wear labor protective equipment according to the regulations, and must wear protective glasses that comply with the regulations near the laser beam.
- Before finding out whether a certain material can be irradiated or heated by laser, do not process it to prevent the potential danger of smoke and steam.
- When the equipment is in operation, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization or entrust someone to be in charge. If it is really necessary to leave, the operator shall stop or cut off the power switch.
- Put the fire extinguisher within easy reach; turn off the laser or shutter when not processing; do not place paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.
- When any abnormality is found during processing, stop the machine immediately, troubleshoot or report to the supervisor in time.
- Keep the laser, bed and surrounding places clean, orderly, and free from oil, and the workpieces, plates, and waste materials are piled up according to the rules.
- When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing welding wires to prevent leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders should abide by the gas cylinder monitoring regulations. Avoid exposing cylinders in the sun or close to heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand beside the bottle mouth.
- The high voltage safety regulations must be strictly followed during maintenance. Every 40 hours of operation or weekly protection, every operation hour or every six months protection should be carried out in accordance with the rules and procedures.
- After turning on the machine, the machine tool should be started manually at low speed in the X and Y directions, and check to see if there is any abnormality.
- After inputting a new workpiece program, it should be trial run first, and its operation status should be checked.
- When working, pay attention to observe the running status of the machine tool to prevent the cutting machine from going out of the effective stroke range or the two machines colliding to cause accidents.
