How to operate a laser cutting machine?
1) Check whether the external power supply voltage meets the electrical requirements of the machine.
(2) Turn on the main power key switch of the machine, turn on the machine lighting, start the water cooler, check whether the water temperature and circulation are normal, and whether there is water leakage at the connection between the water pipe and the water pipe.
(3) Turn on compressed air and check if the air pressure is normal.
(4) Turn on the computer, servo power supply, and laser power supply (note: directly turn on the laser power supply on the main control panel, without turning on the laser panel power key switch) to start the laser.
(5) Open the cutting software, return the machine to its original position, and put the machine into a standby state (see the software operation manual).
(6) Loading clamp. During the machining process, attention should be paid to the cutting situation at all times. If there is a possibility of collision between the cutting head, it should be paused immediately and the problem can be resolved before continuing processing.
(7) The shutdown sequence is as follows: a: Turn off the laser (note: directly turn off the laser power on the main control panel) b: Turn off the servo power, lighting, computer, and compressed air valve. c: The main power supply of the machine is cut off.
(8) Clean the site and record the operation of the day. If there is a malfunction, it must be recorded in detail for after-sales personnel to diagnose and maintain.
