Article 1: Comply with the safety operating procedures of general cutting machines. The laser is strictly started according to the laser startup program.
Article 2. Operators must undergo training, be familiar with the equipment structure and performance, and master relevant knowledge of the operating system.
Article 3: Wear labor protective equipment according to regulations, and wear protective glasses that meet regulations near the laser beam.
Article 4. Do not process a certain material until it is known whether it can be irradiated or heated by laser, in order to avoid the potential danger of generating smoke and steam.
Article 5: When the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave the position or custody without authorization. If it is indeed necessary to leave, the power switch should be stopped or cut off.
Article 6: Fire extinguishers should be placed in accessible places; Turn off the laser or switch when not processing; Paper, cloth, or other flammable materials should not be placed near unprotected laser beams.
Article 7. When any abnormalities are found during the processing, the machine should be immediately shut down, the faults should be promptly eliminated, or the supervisor should be reported.
Article 8. Keep the laser, bed, and surrounding areas clean, orderly, and free of oil stains, and stack workpieces, plates, and waste materials according to regulations.
Article 9. When using gas cylinders, it is necessary to avoid damaging welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders should comply with the gas cylinder supervision procedures. Do not expose gas cylinders to sunlight or close to heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle nozzle.
Article 10. High voltage safety regulations should be followed during maintenance. Maintenance should be carried out every 40 hours or every week, every hour or every six months in accordance with regulations and procedures.
Article 11. After starting, the machine tool should be manually started at low speed in the X and Y directions to check for any abnormalities.
Article 12. After inputting a new program, a trial run should be conducted first and its operation should be checked.
Article 13. When working, pay attention to observing the operation of the machine tool to avoid accidents caused by the effective stroke of the cutting machine or collision between two machines.
