Bearing oiling

Timing belt (belt) tightness adjustment
There are multiple timing belts in the drive system of the laser cutting machine. If the timing belt is too loose, the lettering will be ghosted. If the timing belt is too tight, it will cause the timing belt to wear. After using it for a period of time, please adjust the tensioning screw of the synchronous belt, adjust the synchronous belt to a proper degree of tightness, no ghosting of the engraved text, and low noise during operation, or consult the technical personnel of the manufacturer.
Maintenance of laser tube
The laser tube in the laser cutting machine is cooled by circulating water. After long-term use, there will be some white scale in the tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar to the circulating water tube to remove the scale in the tube, and then clean the inside of the laser tube with clean water. Cycle, so that the laser tube will be in the best working condition and the service life will be extended.
