Illegal floating point error occurs in the laser cutting system
1: Check whether the water circulation is normal, let the water circulation be normal, if the water protection is broken, it can be used for short circuit water protection;
2: Click Preset to see if the ammeter swings. If it does not swing, use a multimeter to test whether the laser power supply is powered on. If it does not light up, it may be a power failure and needs to be replaced;
3: You can also test whether the water protection is broken by connecting the GND ground wire on the power supply to the P water protection short-circuit section, check whether the water protection is broken, and short-circuit +5v and AIN to check the maximum output power. If it glows, the potentiometer is broken and needs to be replaced;
4: If there is no light according to the procedure, you can use a multimeter to measure whether there is a DC voltage above 3v between 15 (H) and 15 (H) to connect the 16 (L) corners and 14 corners of the card;
5: There is sound from the laser power supply, usually because the power connector is in bad contact, re-weld or connect, and then blow off the dust inside the power supply;
There are abnormal phenomena such as running around or stopping
1: Generally, it is due to the static electricity on the control. If the card is disturbed, the laser cutting machine recommends that the customer connect a reliable ground wire and the laser power supply shell to the shell;
2: When the offline card is working, it is recommended to unplug the USB cable connected to the computer to avoid interference and cause shutdown;
The cut graphic size is not accurate
1: Adjust the software file settings. The pulse equivalent in the workbench is generally 32 per action, sending 1 pulse. According to different machines, 32 fine adjustments can be increased or decreased to achieve the best cutting accuracy;
There is a jamming sound when the machine is running
1: Check whether the bearing ball in the synchronous wheel is damaged and needs to be replaced;
2: If the camera is used for automatic cutting and the laser engraving machine recognizes the process of the card, it may be that the data signal line of the camera is interrupted in the middle and needs to be replaced;
3: Check whether the motor shaft is damaged and needs to be replaced;
The machine does not move or the size of the cut-out graphics changes irregularly
1: Power on, check whether the driver and motor are powered on (hands cannot push when power is on). the green light is on when the driver is working normally. If the track of the motor can be pushed after power on, the motor shaft may be broken and the motor needs to be replaced;
2: The power supply of the driver is generally DC to DC, and a multimeter can be used to check whether the switching power supply is normal and whether it needs to be replaced.
