Weekly maintenance:
1. Fully clean the laser cutting machine every week, clean the horizontal and vertical guide rails, the transmission gear rack, and the transmission gear rack, and add lubricating oil.
2. Check whether the horizontal and vertical guide rail wipers are working normally, if not, replace them in time.
3. Check whether all cutting torches are loose, clean up the garbage at the point of the ignition gun, and keep the ignition normal.
4. If there is an automatic height adjustment device, check whether it is sensitive and whether to replace the probe.
5. Check whether the plasma cutting nozzle and electrode are damaged, and whether the cutting nozzle and electrode need to be replaced.
Monthly and quarterly maintenance:
1. Check whether there is any garbage at the main air inlet of the laser cutting machine, and whether the valves and pressure gauges are working normally.
2. Check whether all air pipe joints are loose and whether all pipes are damaged. Tighten or replace as necessary.
3. Check whether all transmission parts are loose, check the meshing condition of gears and racks, and adjust if necessary.
4. Loosen the tensioning device and push the pulley by hand to see if it can go back and forth freely. If there is any abnormality, adjust or replace it in time.
5. Check the tightness of clamp block, steel belt and guide wheel steel belt, and adjust if necessary.
6. Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches of the laser cutting machine, replace damaged ones, and finally draw a comprehensive inspection chart to check the accuracy of the machine.
