Weekly maintenance:
1. Thoroughly clean the machine every week, clean the horizontal and vertical guide rails and transmission gear racks, and add lubricating oil.
2. Check whether the horizontal and vertical rail scrapers are working properly, and replace them promptly if there are any abnormalities.
3. Check if all cutting torches are loose, clean the garbage from the ignition gun mouth, and maintain normal ignition.
If there is an automatic height adjustment device, check if the probe is sensitive and if it needs to be replaced.
5. Check if the plasma incision and electrode are damaged, and if the incision and electrode need to be replaced.
Monthly and quarterly maintenance:
1. Check if there is any garbage at the main air inlet, and if all valves and pressure gauges are working properly.
2. Check if all air pipe joints are loose and if all pipe straps are damaged. Tighten or replace as necessary.
3. Check if all transmission components are loose, and adjust the gear and rack engagement if necessary.
4. Release the clamping device, push the pulley by hand, and adjust or replace it in a timely manner if there are any abnormalities.
5. Check if the clamping block, steel strip, and guide wheel are loose, and adjust the steel strip if necessary.
7. Check the performance of all buttons and selection switches, replace them if they are damaged, and finally comprehensively check the accuracy of the graphic detection machine.
