How to program a laser cutting machine?
Open the installed laser cutting system and click on the online button in the upper right corner to see if it can be connected to the machine (the machine needs to be turned on in advance).
Click the settings button to select device parameter settings and enter the controller parameter settings interface. Here, we need to set up motion, processing, and laser power. Please refer to the following picture parameters for specific settings. After setting up, click Download to confirm.
After setting the parameters, it is necessary to set the layer parameters. Click on “Online” to cancel the online operation, and then click on “Layer” to enter the cutting layer setting interface. Generally, it is necessary to check layers 3 to 4, and the specific parameters need to be set according to the machine. Reference parameters are not provided here, and they are useless. Different machines may have different situations.
The function of a layer is generally to cut the outer frame in two layers, one layer to cut the inner frame, and the other layer to draw lines.
Open our interface CAD to draw and maintain graphics in the software, and check if the color of the graphics layer is the same as what we set.
After checking the correctness, select all the figures with the mouse, and click the buttons on the right control panel in the following order: (automatic optimization, merge, reverse, merge, distance sorting, last (select the outer frame for final processing), online, device control, download the current file, confirm, cancel online)
After the above operation is completed, the graphic setting programming on the computer is completed, and now we can process on the machine.
2. Can DXF be used to cut image KT boards on a laser cutting machine
After drawing, export the dxg and save it. Then open the laser system software, import the dxf diagram, and set simple necessary parameters such as power, speed, and download data. It’s completely possible.
3. How to mark a runway on a laser cutting machine
The CNC system and nesting software of the cutting machine need to achieve CAD drawing of images, and then convert the program code into kit software to achieve the desired graphic cutting!
